Duco is introducing a new user interface. The new 'Exception Management Interface' is more interactive, and offers better performance. We’ve listened to our customers and revolutionised our exceptions management interface to give you the tools you need to focus on what matters, regardless of how many records and fields you’re dealing with. And because we’re a truly cloud-native SaaS platform, there’s no costly upgrade.
You can see the new interface by clicking on the switching button located on the right side of your process screen. If you do not see the button please reach Duco Support and we will get this enabled for you.
You can simply click on the same place to get back to the old interface as both versions will be available for a while. Duco’s team will notify you with plenty of notice before the old version gets discontinued.

When you’re looking at thousands of records, you need to be able to get to the information you need quickly without waiting for new pages to load. Infinite scroll allows you to seamlessly view large datasets without the need for pagination, saving you time.
You can freeze any fields and as many as you need to make sure important information stays visible when you’re working on large datasets.
Customise columns (move, adjust, pin)
You’re able to order columns according to how you need to view them, simply by dragging and dropping. You can adjust widths and pin columns in place on the left or the right of the screen. Once you make these changes, they persist each time you log in, until you change them. You’ve got the information you need, easily visible in the way you need to see it so you can complete actions faster.
Pinning is available for cash reconciliations now, and will be available for other one- and two-sided reconciliations in the coming weeks.
It’s even easier and faster to perform bulk actions on the platform. We’ve removed pagination so you can filter, select all items, and apply actions like labels, comments and assignments on hundreds of records at once.
Copy/paste & cell recognition
Need to send exceptions to colleagues who aren’t Duco users? You can copy and paste relevant records straight from the screen into excel and the cells will be recognised - no need to download. You can even paste records directly into an email, getting investigations kicked off more quickly. If you do need to download results, you can download just exceptions, just the current view, or the full results.
Filter from columns or use the menu on the right hand side to perform up-front search and filter quickly and easily. Narrow thousands of results down to exactly what you need, allowing you to focus on what requires investigation and take actions easily in bulk.
