Duco's in-product onboarding checklist gives new users a pathway for understanding the basics of the product, as well as presenting the user with some of the resources available to them, such as Duco Academy and Support.
To access the checklist, select the question mark icon in the top-right of the screen.
This will return a pop-up containing two tabs. The first tab allows you to search the help centre for articles relevant to the screen you are working with, while the second tab contains the onboarding checklist.
The checklist presents you with five steps, which we recommend you work through in sequence.
Once you complete an item from the checklist it will appear as crossed-out. However, that does not prevent you from returning to that item.
Are you unable to see the question mark?
- Make sure you are using a browser that is supported by Duco. You can find a list here.
- If you are using a supported browser and still unable to see the question mark, your IT or network teams may be able to help. Duco’s Onboarding Checklist is enabled by a 3rd party application, and a few links need to be whitelisted on your side to allow access:
If you cannot allow a 3rd party application to be used, you can still visit the Help Centre via a standalone link, that can also be found through regular online search.
