As soon as you create a user, Duco will send the user an email containing a link to activate the account and set up a password. When a user does not receive the activation email, it's usually for one of the following two reasons:
- The activation email was caught by your spam filter. If the user has not received the activation email, please ask her to check her "spam" folder.
- The email entered when creating the user is wrong. To fix this, go to the user's profile and update the user's email. Go to Administration → Manage users.
To send the activation email again, go to the Administration → Manage users screen, go to the user's profile, and click on "resend confirmation email".
