In the login screen, click on "Forgot your password?". Then enter your email address and click on "Send reset instructions". You will receive an email containing a link that will enable you to reset your password. Please note that sometimes the email can go the spam box.
If you can't log in and if you do not receive the password reset email, it's also possible that your account is locked. This happens if you enter an incorrect password two times.
In order to get your account unlocked you need to contact your internal Duco Administrator to assist you with your request.
