This release contains multiple enhancements for cash reconciliations and data prep processes:
- manually add transactions to cash statements
- improved audit trail for breaking apart roll ups in cash and balance amendment

Cash enhancements
Manually add transactions to cash statements
Cash Reconciliation processes often suffer from scenarios where Statements are missing transactions. This can now be easily fixed through manually adding one or more transactions from the Statement detail screen. Users can enter the necessary amounts, value dates, references and descriptions to provide transparency and support automated matching and workflow processing.
Improved audit trail for breaking apart roll ups in cash and balance amendment
We continue to make improvements to the audit history for Cash Reconciliations. Users can now easily identify when transactions were created through ‘Balance Amendment’ actions as well as see where transactions where broken apart from roll-ups, including a reference to Roll-up transactions being broken apart from.
Support of SWIFT RJE format
Duco can now process SWIFT MT files which are submitted directly from SWIFT integration tools using the RJE format. The acknowledgement and non-acknowledgement parts will be ignored, and “$” are now accepted as a message separator.
Data prep enhancements
Seeing the field type during configuration
To make your map and transform configuration simpler, the data type of each input and output field is now shown on the table. You can of course click on the edit icon to change it when needed.
Promoting a recon process that uses a data prep input
As part of the journey to seamlessly migrate your data prep and corresponding reconciliation processes between environments, you can now promote the recon process that uses a data prep input. When you approve the import request, simply pick the Data Prep process from the target environment in the mapping stage.
In the March release, you will be able to promote the data prep process first, before completing this above step, allowing you to migrate between environments with minimal manual steps.
This feature is available to Duco customers using Development Environments.
Audit logs from Data Prep processes
Actions done on data prep processes, including process configurations and daily operations such as snapshot generation, are now added to the audit log in Administration, giving you full record of what changes or actions were made, by who and when.

When the advanced operational control is enabled in the environment, all the permissions should be approved by the Admin and all the permissions should be clearly indicated. The name of the 'Data Uploader' role was not properly shown. |
