In Duco, security comes first. Duco lets you automate at scale while keeping full control of your data and processes. This section shows you how to set up and manage that control for your organisation.
Governance in Duco works on three levels:
- Environment roles: who can access Duco and what they can do.
- Process permissions: who can view, change or approve each process.
- Record access: who can view and act on individual items in a reconciliation, with approval steps where you need them.
Duco supports Single Sign On (SSO), so your team can sign in with the company credentials. It also supports SCIM, the users and roles can be managed automatically from your identity provider.
Everything in Duco is logged and auditable. Every action and every decision is written to the audit log and is attributable, so you always have a clear record for your auditors and regulators.
