The first step in your automation journey is onboarding your processes onto the Duco platform. This Help Centre section explains how to create and set up your reconciliation processes, from start to finish.
Building a process follows a simple flow:
- Create your process: set up a single-sided, two-sided or cash reconciliation using the setup wizard or a preconfigured template. Define your data inputs, whether they’re generic files, industry-standard formats or the output of a data prep process.
- Configure matching: choose your match fields, then refine your results with rules, aggregations, reference data enrichments, fuzzy matching and multi-pass processing to filter out the noise of false breaks.
- Configure exceptions management: switch on the exceptions workflow, set up record tracking, ageing and workflow rules, and define manual intervention rules and tolerances.
- Get production ready: set up submissions and run notifications, and lock your process configuration with change control.
- Analyse your results: create reports to investigate your data, and share it through views, dashboards and the reporting database.
- Define permissions: set user-level or group-level permissions for your reconciliation process, so the right people have the right level of access.
The articles in this section explain, in detail, how to build, configure and run your processes. They also include specifications for the input formats Duco can ingest and best practice guides for setup and performance.
With Duco’s agentic workspace, you can reduce reconciliation build time by up to 91%*. Describe what you want, and agents select the rule-based tools and build the process for you. Learn more about the agentic workspace.
To prepare data from multiple sources before you reconcile it, see the data prep section.
To work through your exceptions once your results are ready, see the Managing Exceptions section.
