ABOUT THE DUCO BUILDER EXAM
The Duco Builder credential is designed for individuals who have experience with Duco
and will be responsible for standing-up and maintaining processes for their company, ensuring they are getting the most from the platform’s features and capabilities. The exam covers the core suite of features available to a Builder.
AUDIENCE DESCRIPTION: DUCO BUILDER
Duco Builder candidates should have a good knowledge of the functionality available to a Duco Builder. Candidates should be able to create a process, feel comfortable using Natural Rule Language (NRL), and understand ways to refine a configuration to improve end-user usability.
Additionally, candidates should have 2 or more months experience as a Duco Builder and should be able to successfully perform the tasks listed in the exam outline section of this guide.

Time allotted to complete the exam: 60 minutes
Passing score: 80%

Restrictions: No hard-copy or online materials may be referenced during the exam.
Prerequisite Certification: None required; Duco Academy attendance highly recommended

The Duco Builder exam measures a candidate’s knowledge and competence related to the functionalities listed.
A candidate should have prior hands-on experience as a Duco Builder and demonstrated experience with each of the features/functions outlined on the right.
FAQ
What happens after I enroll?
Within 24 hours from enrollment you will receive a calendar placeholder for your exam. On the day of the exam you can expect to receive a login for the exam environment 15 mins before the start time, and exam instructions and files 5 mins prior to the exam start.
What if I fail?
Fret ye not, a resit exam is available. Simply schedule your resit the same way you enrolled for your original exam.
When will I get my results?
Results are provided within 7 days of your exam
How do I know what I lost points on?
Comments are provided with your results, explaining any parts of the build that were omitted or incorrect.
What do I get if I pass?
As a member of the certified elite you will receive a shiny Duco Certificate and an equally shiny Duco Certification Badge that can be posted to Linkedin or added to your email signature. You'll also be invited to our exclusive Certified Users Linkedin group.
Does certification expire?
Your certification is valid for two years from the date of your exam.
