Reconciliation
Resolve breaks faster with same-page pinning
Based on your feedback, we’ve redesigned the results page in both generic and cash recon processes so your pinned items now appear on the same page as your results. That means fewer clicks, less context switching, and a smoother investigation from start to finish.
- Work in one unified view - compare, analyse, and resolve exceptions in a single workspace. Your benchmark items stay visible while you review the rest of your queue, no more flipping between tabs or losing your place.
- Keep critical context front and centre - pinned items remain locked at the top of the page as you scroll, so key reference items are always in view when you need them.
- Resolve breaks more quickly - with less manual navigation and reduced click-fatigue, you can reach confident manual match decisions faster and move on to the next exception sooner.
Simply pin an item as you normally would. Instead of moving to a separate tab, it now docks at the top of your current results page. Pinned and unpinned items scroll in sync, enabling immediate, high-fidelity comparisons. You can also resize the panes to tailor the layout to your workflow and focus on what matters most.
Reporting
Monitor active process cap directly in active process widget.
This enhancement provides clearer insight into real-time process usage, enabling you to monitor capacity, anticipate limits, and take action before caps are reached.
Improved chart clarity with annotation visibility controls
We’ve introduced a new dashboard-level control that lets you show or hide chart annotations, starting with volume cap lines. This makes it easier to focus on your data when annotations impact chart readability. With a single toggle, annotations can be hidden across the entire dashboard, charts automatically rescale to better highlight trends, and your preference is saved with custom views, delivering clearer insights and faster analysis.
Fixed bugs
| Issue Addressed | Description |
| Data Prep changes fail to apply after date/time format updates. | In rare cases, changes to date or time field formats caused Data Prep to fail when applying updates via change requests or process promotion. |
| Data Prep changes fail after removing and re-adding mapped input fields. | In rare scenarios where a mapped input field was deleted, a data snapshot generated, and the field later reintroduced, Data Prep failed to apply updates through change requests or process promotion. This behavior has now been fixed. |
| Duplicated data Inputs not visible in Map & Transform. | Fixed an issue where duplicated data inputs did not appear in the Map & Transform screen until the page was manually refreshed. Duplicated inputs are now displayed immediately. |
| Ambiguous error messaging in Data Prep. | When an extra line is added to a source file header, Data Prep now displays a clear and specific error message when processing fails, replacing the previous ambiguous message. |
| Deleting a single match could break future runs. | Fixed an issue where manually matching or closing records could create duplicates and cause future runs to fail. |
| Boolean report results displayed as numbers. | When true and false values were mixed, reports showed confusing numeric output instead of clear boolean labels, with inconsistent capitalization. |
| Failed or archived runs still showed error counts. | Runs that had failed or been archived continued to display exception counts and links, even though the run was not successful. |
| Numbers were displayed without formatting. | Numbers are now easier to read and properly formatted (for example, 1,234 instead of 1234). |
| Deleting a single calculated rule wasn’t possible. | Fixed an issue where individual “Calculated results” rules could not be deleted from a field. Users can now remove a specific calculated rule without having to delete the whole field. |
| Pinned item count didn’t reset after unpinning. | After unpinning all items, the pinned counter still showed a number even though no items were pinned. The pinned counter now correctly clears when all pinned records are removed. |
| No way to navigate back to parent cash transactions. | Following user feedback, we've reintroduced a link from the constituent column of cash transactions back to the parent transaction. |
