This release introduces updates to speed up onboarding new reconciliations and to accelerate your day-to-day tasks with new quick-start templates, faster exception handling and enhanced reporting capabilities.
Reconciliation
UI improvements
We continue to improve the user experience of the platform thanks to your feedback.
- To make investigation easier in 1-sided and 2-sided reconciliation processes, we’ve added a new filter on the results screen that lets you quickly find records with blank comments.
- The run review feature is now clearer to users with the checkbox texts updated.
Solutions
Get common reconciliation processes up and running faster with new quick-start templates
We’re introducing three quick-start templates to accelerate time to market when building processes for interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, and cash equities.
Each template comes with a core set of essential fields to support these common use cases, while remaining fully flexible. You can easily extend them with user-defined fields to meet your specific business requirements, giving you a fast, scalable starting point without compromising on your specific business needs.
These three templates are available to all Duco clients. To get started with these templates, check the preconfigured templates section when creating a new process.

Updated version of EMIR (UK) templates
We have released version 2 of select EMIR UK templates to support enhanced reporting requirements. This update includes mapping improvements and new fields (including execution agent and reconciliation indicators) to improve reporting completeness and alignment.
If you previously created processes using an earlier templated version, you will now see version 2 available in your EMIR UK templated process list. You can start testing the updated template directly from there to support a smooth transition.
Reporting
Enhanced volume widgets with process-level drill-down
You can now drill down on the total daily and total monthly volume widgets to see a breakdown of selected volume by process on the graph, so that you can see the processes contributing to the usage.
Hover over the graph and click on the value for the month of interest to see the process-level view:

Fixed bugs
| Issue Addressed | Description |
| In some cases, the “Top 10 exceptions by process” dashboard widget incorrectly reports 1 exception for a process that actually has no exceptions | Processes with no exceptions now correctly display 0 exceptions in this widget. |
| Drill-down links open the results page with missing filters, leading to unfiltered/incorrect results. | Drill-down links preserve dashboard filters (e.g., Group + Exception status) and open the results page with the correct filtered view. |
| Rolled-up record constituents were not consistently carried over when later runs contain non-rollup versions of the same records and those later runs are marked as failed. | Carryover processing now correctly preserves rolled-up records and their constituents from the last valid run state, even if subsequent runs are marked as Failed and contain non-rollup versions of those records. |
| Add field button remained clickable even when no additional numeric fields were available, leading to an empty dropdown (“No options”). | Updated the field-selection UI so that when all eligible numeric fields (including reported calculated numeric fields) have already been added, the “Add field” button is correctly disabled (grayed out) and cannot be clicked. |
| Cash exports could fail if a user broke apart a match during export | A fix was deployed which makes the exporter safely handle matches being broken so exports complete reliably |
| SUM and DIFF values for other numeric fields besides Amount were always displayed as 0 | Calculation for DIFF and SUM corrected across all numeric fields |
| Missing historical view for single transactions | We’ve added a transaction history panel to the single‑transaction view so you can easily see how a parent transaction and its constituents have changed over time, with a clearer, more consistent layout for rollups and non‑rollups. Easier to refer to from an audit perspective |
| Proposed matches and pending change details panels could look incorrect and hide key transaction information | We’ve fixed the issue so it now displays all underlying constituents (rather than rollup parents) clearly and consistently in both results and pending changes views. |
| The transaction history showed a broken or incomplete message when a transaction was automatically deallocated from an account group following an auto-match | We’ve fixed the issue so the workflow action is now displayed clearly and consistently in the history |
