What you can see
Overall system status
At the top of the page, a banner shows whether all systems are operational. This gives you an at-a-glance summary before reviewing individual components.
Components status
The Component Status section shows the health of each individual service. Each component displays one of the following statuses:
| HEALTHY | The component is fully operational with no known issues. |
| CATCHING UP | The component is experiencing reduced performance or partial functionality. |
| UNHEALTHY | The component is currently unavailable. |
Components monitored on the Status Page include:
- Data Prep
- Cash Reconciliation
- Non Standard Reconciliation
- Data Platform
- WebUI
- SFTP
- Megadata
- Queuing
Current Incidents
The Current incidents section lists any active platform incidents, including a description and current status. If there are no ongoing issues, this section will display “No incidents reported.”
Volume Report
Clients with more than one production environment can have access to a Duco Volume Report within the status page. This report aggregates volume data across all of your production environments, giving you a unified view of platform usage.
The data is refreshed hourly, with the last update time indicated on the page.
The Volume Report includes:
- Key metrics at a glance — volume capacity per day, number of tenants (environments), average daily volume (this month), and peak daily volume (this month).
- A per-tenant breakdown showing each environment’s volume usage and peak against capacity.
- An Avg & Max Daily Volume by Tenant chart, showing average and peak daily volumes per month for each environment.
- A Chargeable Volume chart for the last 30 days, showing daily volume per environment alongside the volume capacity.
