Speed up your reconciliation workflow using keyboard shortcuts. Instead of navigating menus, you can trigger common actions directly from your keyboard while working in the run results view.
Press the key combination for the action you want to perform — no need to right-click or open a menu.
Available shortcuts

| Shift + A + E | Set exception categories |
| Shift + J | Jump to a specific column |
| Ctrl + F | Open full screen mode |
Notes
- Shortcuts are only available in the reconciliation view and will not work in other parts of the application.
- Make sure at least one row is selected before using row-level shortcuts (Assign, Comment, Labels, Workflow, Pin, Exception Categories).
- Shift + J and Ctrl + F can be used at any time within the reconciliation and data prep view, regardless of row selection.
