Enabling Change control locks the configuration of a given process. By taking this action, you will make the process configuration unmodifiable unless changes are made through a staging copy.

When creating a process, Change control is listed as an option in the Settings menu. 

You will then be navigated to the configuration screen where the option to enable Change control is available.

Once enabled, users will subsequently be unable to amend the configuration of a process. The matched fields will be locked and editing tools disabled. Any configuration changes will have to be made via a staging copy, going through a four-eyes review and approval process.
