In Help Center it is possible to view all requests that you have raised with Duco support. Depending on your permissions, you may also be able to view all requests opened across your organization.
Logging in using your Zendesk account, navigate to your name and select My Activities from the drop-down.
Once in My Activities, you will see requests you have personally raised under the My requests tab, and support requests you were copied on under Requests I'm CCed on. Depending on your permissions, you may also have access to the Organization requests tab.
From here you will be able to search and click into all requests you have access to, giving you the Subject, ID (generated by Duco), Created, Last Activity and Status (Open, Closed, etc.)
You can filter your items by their Status, allowing you, for example, to see items pending a response from you.
