Yes. On the Match Fields screen there is a NRL operator available specifically to either use a file name in its entirety, or to construct a rule that extracts a particular value from the file's name, such as a date.
You are able to select to use either the submitted file name or the file name found within a zipped submission. The name used in the most recent submission will be used at all times.
