Sometimes the Raise export request button is not available for a process.
The reason for this may be one of the following:
- You have only one environment.
- You do not have the required global role to export the process. Read more about Global Roles here
- Your process is connected to other processes using Duco Insight. This can be quickly checked by clicking on the 'last run' or by checking the processes list.
- Your process has masked fields
