Duco enables users to define labels that can be attached to match results. These can be a useful tool when working through the exceptions from a run of a process. Users may, for example, have a need to categorize the exceptions in some way. This may range from simple triage, for example "High priority" or "Low priority", through to specifying the underlying cause of a given break, ie. "Bad input data", etc.
Duco gives you total freedom with regards to labels. You can define them and decide how to use them.
This page describes how to create new labels and manage existing ones. The page Using labels describes how to apply the labels once they are available.
You need to have the Labels Administrator global role to create new labels. If you don't, speak to the Duco administrator within your organisation.
