If the preliminary file and process was setup without the header, but the daily file now has a header, is there a way to ignore this header row?

You can change the settings to ignore the header. Set start row to 2 if it’s an XLSX. If it's a CSV file, tick the header box.

This isn’t supported for a .txt file. In this scenario, the header row will error out.
