Generally, we recommend that users switch on exceptions workflow after the reconciliation has been set up and when day to day operations are commencing. Sometimes - e.g. when setting up Duco Insight - this may not be possible. In these cases, exceptions may accumulate during the set up process and it may not always be practical to close these exceptions manually - e.g. when a large number of exceptions is outstanding. Administrators may now close all exceptions in a process. This is only possible if Change control has not been enabled on the process.
Once you select Close exceptions you receive a pop-up box that will prompt you to confirm your request by typing Close into a text box.
