Seamlessly update your preconfigured processes to the latest standards
Keep your processes up to date with ease. Whenever financial regulatory authorities release new updates, our preconfigured templates are automatically updated to reflect the latest requirements. With the new template update functionality, you can easily align your processes with current standards and stay fully compliant.
New template versions are clearly visible in your processes list. You can initiate template update testing directly from there, ensuring a smooth transition to the latest standards.
Simplify MiFID II EU Transaction Reporting with preconfigured templates
We’re introducing the MiFID II EUR Transaction Reporting template, empowering regulatory experts and operations professionals to easily set up post-reporting. The template enables effortless reconciliation between internal systems, reporting channels or trade repositories, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance with the regulations.
Get visibility of upcoming preconfigured templates
Now you can see which preconfigured templates are in development in the “Preconfigured templates” view, helping you stay ahead of what’s coming next. Upcoming templates will be clearly distinguishable from the available templates with a greyed-out appearance.

Effortlessly navigate across your results in Data Prep
We've made navigation in Data Prep even more intuitive. The “All submissions” page has been renamed to “Submissions” and moved to the top of the menu. It’ll also serve as the landing page when accessing any Data Prep process.
As part of this improvement, the “Pending submissions” page has been retired to reduce redundancy. You can now view pending submissions directly from the “Submissions” page by using the new “Pending” quick filter.

Explore enhanced features with the new UI as the default view
We're getting close to fully migrating to UI 2, Duco's new user interface, we'll be making it the default view with this release. If you choose to switch back to the old UI, navigating to a different view or refreshing the page will automatically reset the view to the new UI.
Revamped layout of the “Roll-up rules” settings page
As part of our migration to the new UI framework, The “Roll-up rules” settings page has now got a new, more intuitive look. One of the key improvements is the ability to create a new roll-up rule set directly from this page, without having to start from a multi pass page - making your workflow easier and faster.
Handle multiple exceptions at once in Connected processes
You can now act on multiple exceptions simultaneously in Connected processes, just like in other generic processes. This improvement eliminates the volume limit of handling exceptions - so you can save time and simplify exceptions handling.
Seamlessly copy and paste to Excel
We have enhanced the copy and paste functionality from the new generic reconciliation results screen into Excel. Currently, the data - including matches and partial matches - is pasted into two separate cells automatically, eliminating the need for manual changes. You can work with your data instantly, streamlining your reconciliation process.
Enhanced run results filtering with multiple criteria
In the new UI for cash reconciliation results, we have re-introduced the ability to filter text columns by multiple values. The key improvement is the option to choose between AND or OR, so that you can easily search for items such as:
- Items where description contains either “Tomy”, “Thomas” or “Tommy”.
- Items where description contains both “Tom” and “Jerry”.

See all your exceptions at a glance
Following the new volume dashboard, in this release you’ll also find the new exception management dashboard in preview mode, providing you a one-page, aggregated overview of the latest status of reconciliation exceptions from all the processes you have access to. This initial version comes with 4 widgets:
- Open exceptions by process (top 10)
- Open exceptions by age bucket
- Open exceptions by assigned group
- Open exceptions by workflow status
More enhancements around how to set up and use these new dashboards will come in the upcoming months. We’ll share more details about what you’ll be able to do. Stay tuned!
Fixed bugs
Issue Addressed | Description |
Quick-map bug in Data Prep. | Resolved an issue where status of a field would show as unmapped despite mapping it previously with Quick-map functionality. |
Incorrect data type in Excel exports. | Addressed an issue where Excel export of Data Prep results showed all fields as text data type. |
Inaccurate staging copy change request history. | When a user is deleted from the platform, the change request history for staging copies may display inaccurate information. |
Error caused by an empty rule in a match field is unclear. | When users manually deleted all components of a NRL rule in match fields, the process became invalid. Now, it will show clearly where the error is and of what kind. |
Wrong filtering when navigating between results buckets. | In generic processes, when a filter was applied in the “All results” view, and then the user navigated to a “Match status” bucket, the filter remained and therefore caused wrong data to show. |
Result views may become unstable following match field modifications. | When new match fields are added, the result views might not function reliably, potentially leading to inconsistencies in handling the updated data. |
