This September we’re delivering enhanced exception management, smarter dashboards, refined cash reconciliations, and a range of UI improvements.
Reconciliation
Close unwanted transactions in cash
Sometimes incorrect or irrelevant transactions appear in the source data, cluttering unmatched results and making it more difficult to focus on genuine breaks. They can add noise to investigations and proofing.
With this release, you now have the ability to manage them directly:
- Close transactions you don’t need – Move unwanted unmatched transactions into a new workflow bucket called “Closed.” This keeps your results clean and ensures proofing only reflects what matters, as the transaction will no longer be deemed unreconciled.
- Re-open if needed – If you’ve closed a transaction by mistake, you can easily re-include it at any time.
- Automate with rules – Apply the “Close” action manually or automate it through workflow rules after pre-processing and matching. Just update your Exceptions workflow settings to enable it.
This new workflow action helps you reduce noise, streamline investigations, and stay focused on the transactions that actually matter.
Smarter filters and columns with pinning
Based on your feedback, we’ve improved how filters and columns behave between the main results and pinned tabs.
- Persisting filters when navigating away from results - Your filtering and sorting choices in the main results view will now persist, even if you haven’t saved a default view.
When you return from the pinned tab, your setup will remain exactly as you left it. No need to reapply filters or sorting.
- Consistent columns in pinned view - Pinned items will now display the same columns as the results view they came from, giving you a consistent layout across both tabs.
These updates will help you maintain context, reduce repetitive actions, and keep your analysis flowing smoothly.
Easily copy data - now available in cash
Building on last month's improvements, the enhanced copy feature (with or without headers) is now available for cash processes. This allows for an even easier transfer of data into external tools such as Excel or email, saving your time and reducing manual adjustments.
Please note: by default, data will be copied without headers. If you prefer to include headers, simply right-click on the data and select “Copy with headers”.
Governance
New: Run status widgets
We’ve launched Run Status widgets to give you more flexibility and visibility over your processes directly from your dashboard.
Key capabilities include:
- View and manage processes without leaving the dashboard.
- Create multiple widgets to monitor different groups of processes.
- See a consolidated view of the latest run status across various groups.
- Get a quick overview of match status summaries and drill down for deeper analysis.
This update enables faster decision-making and a more personalized monitoring experience.
Dashboard enhancements
We’ve made several improvements to help you customize your view, so you can focus on monitoring what matters.
Add & remove widgets easily from predefined templates
Easily duplicate and modify widgets for faster setup
Need the same widget more than once but with different configurations? You can now add duplicate widgets and tailor each one to a specific use case.
Rename widgets relevant to your team
Configure widgets to the processes relevant to you
You can now configure each widget with a unique set of processes, allowing you to create focused, flexible views that are specific to the data you care about.
Chart annotations always visible
Smarter configuration deployment
We’ve made several improvements to give you more control, flexibility and confidence when moving your data between environments.
Deploy with confidence – deployments will now go through for error-free processes, ensuring your data remains accurate and your workflow stays smooth.
Retry failed deployments – You can now save time and effort by retrying deployments that failed on the first attempt, reducing the need to start over from scratch.
Enhanced deployments for reference data tables, making your workflows more adaptable:
- Reorder columns safely: Change the order of columns without impacting existing configurations or workflows.
- Add or remove file formats: Customize your file formats to match your workflow, without impacting current processes.
- Multiple date formats supported: Easily add or remove date and date-time formats to match your specific needs in your target environment.
Enhanced exception categories
We’ve enhanced the Details panel so that exception categories will now work just like Labels, giving you greater control and visibility when managing exceptions.
What’s New:
- View all categories: See all categories and options applied to a record or match directly in the Details panel.
- Real-time updates: The details you see will always be accurate, even if categories or their options have been updated.
- Clearer options: Deleted options will no longer appear as available choices.
- Easy management: Apply, update, or clear categories directly within the Details panel.
- Intuitive design: A new, clean dropdown for each category updating in real time, just like with Labels
- Bug fix: We’ve fixed a bug that caused incorrect updates when editing rows outside of the first page.
Note: This feature is available only for exception workflows.
Results UI improvements
We’ve heard your feedback and made some key improvements to the Results UI to make filtering more intuitive and flexible.
Hide Duco ID column for cleaner view
Better filter values
We’ve increased the number of values in filter dropdown from 25 to 200 and we’ve refined the UI to make selecting and searching values smoother.
Clearer filter indicators
You’ll now see the total number of filters you have applied right in the panel header. This makes it easier to see at a glance how your results are being filtered.
Tip of the month
We've introduced a new way to reduce noise and keep your cash view clean. With the ability to close unwanted transactions, you can move irrelevant data to a new workflow bucket, ensuring your proofing only reflects what matters. You can even automate this process with rules.

Fixed bugs
| Issue Addressed | Description |
| When we introduced the concept of annotations for the use case of volume caps, important lines on charts sometimes disappeared if they were too high. | We've introduced a fix so that charts now automatically expand to show these lines, ensuring they're always in view. |
| Incorrect date parsing in Data Prep. | We've resolved an issue where your date changes weren't always saved properly. If you manually changed a field to a date format during data preparation, that setting would not always apply correctly in the Map & Transform section, causing some dates to be formatted incorrectly. |
| An "Internal error" appeared when using header data. | We've resolved a bug that caused an "Internal error" to appear when a user tried to enable "extract data from header" in a Data Prep process. |
| The "Submitted" and "Match Status" stats on the overview page were not in sync. | We've resolved an issue where the data on the overview page was inconsistent. Now, the Submitted tab accurately displays your total volume, while the Match Status tab provides a clear breakdown of those records, including a fix that ensures manual matches are now correctly reported. |
| The workflow history panel did not show a record of exceptions ignored in the parent workflow. | We've updated the workflow history panel to provide a more complete view of your data processes. Previously, when an exception was handled or ignored in a parent workflow, there was no record of this action. Now, the workflow history will explicitly show when an action was ignored in the parent. |
| Applied filters were lost when navigating between the results and pinned views. | We've resolved an issue that caused your applied filters to disappear when you switched between the results view and the pinned view. Now, filters will remain active, so you won't have to reapply them when you navigate between these tabs. |
| Numeric values were incorrectly pasted when copying from a grid to a text input. | We’ve fixed an issue where pasting a number from a grid into a text field could change the value, causing incorrect filter results. Now, the number will paste correctly, regardless of your computer's language settings. |
| The columns displayed in the pinned view did not match the results view. | We've improved the pinned view to ensure the column layout is always consistent with the results view for any given bucket. This means you will see the same columns in both tabs, reducing confusion. While you can now reorder columns within the pinned view for a better workflow, please note that this change will not be saved. |
| Deleted options were still appearing in the 'Actions' menu. | We’ve fixed a bug where options that users had previously deleted were still visible in the 'Actions' menu. |
| Submission failures occurred when trying to process and save multi-value fields. | We’ve fixed a bug that caused submission errors when a process tried to aggregate and save data containing multi-value fields. This issue primarily affected cash processes with custom fields. The updated system now properly handles these field types, preventing errors and ensuring your data submits correctly. |
| The API documentation for the custom XLSX export endpoint contained an incorrect example. | We’ve fixed an issue with our API documentation. The example for the custom XLSX export endpoint was missing a crucial property, which could cause your export to fail if you followed the example exactly. |
