In this June release, we’re bringing smarter file ingestion, enhanced project analytics, a streamlined UI experience and more efficient matching.
Ingestion
Smarter file ingestion in Data Prep with field name matching
Duco’s latest enhancement introduces field name-based parsing in Data Prep, making file ingestion more flexible and resilient to schema changes. You can now match fields by name instead of position, define aliases for field names, and control how missing fields should be handled.
This means that you can confidently submit files where fields appear in different positions or have varying names for the same data input. This update eliminates failures due to schema variations across submissions, improving your STP rates.
Easily exclude empty pages with regex in AIDP
You can now apply regular expressions to classify empty pages during document processing—streamlining cleanup and improving classification accuracy with less manual effort.
Get deeper insights with enhanced CSV export in project analytics for AIDP
The CSV export for the overview by document type (“General” tab of project analytics) now includes the number of pages per document type–giving you better visibility into page volume distribution to improve your reporting and analysis.
Reconciliation
Faster matching with real-time updates and embedded predictive matching
Clicking the “Update” button now triggers real-time status polling, keeping you informed without navigating away. You can also now access predictive matching directly within the Match Fields page—no more screen switches, just a faster and smoother matching experience.
UI rollout: a unified, modern look across the platform
We’re officially retiring the old interface for both generic and cash reconciliations. From now on, you’ll enjoy a unified, modern look across the platform—streamlined for speed, simplicity, and consistency.
Consistent navigation experience
To maximize your workspace, the main menu on the left hand side is now hidden by default when you're on key pages like Dashboards, Processes, and Accounts. If you still need it, just click the menu icon to bring it back anytime.
A fresh look for cash Account Overview
The cash Account Overview screen is now fully upgraded to our latest UI framework, making it consistent with the rest of the platform. That means a consistent design, better performance, and a few powerful enhancements:
- Customize your view – reorder columns, hide what you don’t need, and save your preferences.
- Stay in control – Your layout stays just how you like it, every time you log in.
Similar to other parts of the platform, this overview now also benefits from:
- Infinite scrolling.
- Right hand side panel for action (marking an account group as reviewed), filters and column arrangement.
Fixed bugs
Issue Addressed | Description |
"Select All - exclude one" filters (such as labels) didn't fully reset on clicking "Reset". | Fixed an issue where excluded filter selections remained visibly active after reset, leading to incorrect results when reapplying the filter. |
Processed results and errors not visible in Data Prep snapshots after configuration changes. | Fixed an issue where configuration changes caused historical snapshots to omit processed and error records. |
Pending results not shown in Data Prep when results control is disabled. | Resolved an issue where pending results were missing from the UI after processing a file with results control disabled. |
After closing child exceptions in a connected process, the DIFF component on parent columns didn’t update after closing child exceptions. | Updated the DIFF component to use the latest UI state, ensuring closed child exceptions are accurately reflected in DIFF calculations. |
Copying NSR roll-up records to Excel produced two lines per unmatched record due to roll-up cells adding an extra side. | Adjusted roll-up data formatting to ensure each unmatched record pastes as a single row in Excel. |
Filter panels retained the previous bucket context (e.g., "Closed") after switching to a new bucket (e.g., "Unreviewed"), causing incorrect filtering behavior when reopened or used. | Filter panels now reset and reload when the bucket changes to ensure filter actions (e.g., "filter by values") reference the current bucket’s data. |
Field values for the "second side" were missing in 1S partial/auto/manual matches, unlike in the old UI. | Restored display of field values for both Record X and Record Y in 1S match scenarios to match old UI behavior. |
Statement identifiers editable with change control enabled. | Addressed a bug where statement identifiers could be modified even when change control was active in a cash process. |
Cash account matching type fails to update | Fixed an error that occurred when changing the matching type from opposite to same sign. |
