We’re really excited for this release, as we’re happy to introduce our new user interface. We’ve made managing exceptions smoother and easier than ever before and added a couple more features to improve your experience with Duco.
New Streamlined Exceptions Management Interface
Starting this July release you are getting access to our new exceptions management interface for Cash and Non-Cash reconciliations.
- With infinite scroll, you can scroll and select hundreds - or even thousands - of records. No waiting for pages to load.
- Freeze panes to keep all the important stuff where you want it when you’re scrolling through massive data sets.
- Customise your view for smoother workflows. Drag and drop columns, turn them on and off, and pin important ones with just a few clicks.
- Bulk actions in just a few clicks. Assign, label, comment on and resolve hundreds of breaks in a snap, without the hassle of pagination.
- Need to share information with other teams? Copy and paste breaks straight from the screen to email or a spreadsheet without downloading.
- Upfront search/ filter to narrow results quickly and easily. Find what you need, when you need it.

Cash
Auto-populated match details in manual write-offs and netted transactions
When performing write-offs or netting in manual break matching, our system now automatically populates fields on manually created transactions.
Previously, only fields with a 100% match would be filled automatically, while differing fields remained blank. Now, the system takes care of filling in missing or differing transaction details, which typically includes fields such as descriptions and reference numbers, during manual matching.
This new feature eliminates the need for users to manually enter missing information, significantly reducing the risk of human error. You can rely on the system to intelligently determine and populate the necessary fields, saving you time and improving accuracy.
However, please note that even after the auto-population, you retain full control and flexibility. You can still make manual adjustments to the transaction details as needed, ensuring that the final result aligns with your requirements.
With this enhancement, cash reconciliations become faster, more accurate, and less prone to mistakes. It streamlines the reconciliation process, enhances productivity, and empowers you to focus on other critical tasks with confidence.
Statement/transaction-level reset features to help you onboard new processes
You’ll now be able to delete statements and purge all transactions within a process. Process builders can experiment with different configurations without long wait times to reset, providing more flexibility and streamlining onboarding.
This feature is is located within the ‘General’ tab under your process settings page as highlighted below:
To switch this feature on for your production environments please contact your customer service representative.

Easily view all processes with locked configuration changes
In Data Platform, you can now easily see which processes have change control enabled (i.e. configuration changes must go through 4-eye controls with staging copies).
A new boolean column “change_control” is available in the “Processes” view. The value will be populated automatically for active processes, and remain null for idle processes (i.e. do not have any runs or changes made to them).
