Performance improvements for loading and processing cash submissions
Continuing with our recent work on providing more robust experience when using cash reconciliation processes, we have further improved the speed of loading and processing new submitted data through a series of optimisations.
Extract additional information from ISO 20022 bank statement messages
When ingesting camt.053 messages into your Duco processes, we are now extracting 5 additional fields to the existing 200+ field set, allowing you to use them to increase matching accuracies and help in exception investigations.

Data Prep
Better support for submitting big files
When you submit a large file manually to a Data Prep process that takes a long time to upload, the upload and processing status may be unclear to you. We are now showing when it’s uploading, indicate if the file size is large and will likely to take time to upload, and also option for you to cancel that submission if for instance you realise you’ve uploaded the wrong file.
Together with this enhancement, we’ve also improved the user experience when you click Cancel on the manual submission popup. It will now delete any file uploaded to make sure they will not get processed.
Browse all snapshots quicker with infinite scroll
We have introduced infinite scrolling to the Snapshot list view, to make it more responsive when browsing through all the snapshots created in the process. In addition, when there’re new snapshots available while you’re browsing, the app will prompt you and you can either ignore it to continue browsing, or choose to refresh to see the latest ones.
We will continue to enhance this screen to make it easier to find the snapshots you need.
Governance
Enforcing users to renew their passwords regularly
Some organisations have stringent user management policy that requires users to update their Duco passwords regularly (e.g. every 3 months). In addition to integrating your identity management system with Duco through single-sign-on (SSO) to have your password policy managed centrally, you now have a new option by asking us to configure an expiration period for you.
The expiration period is set in a number of months. Every time a user resets his/her password, it will expire automatically after the specified period. The next time he/she logs in to Duco, it will prompt him/her to set a new password. So together with this enhancement, you can also specify how many old passwords are not allowed to be reused.
