After last month’s abundance of new features and performance improvements, we’ve worked this month on making sure the platform meets our clients' expectations. That’s why this release is all about bug fixes, as part of our commitment to ensuring you can always rely on the Duco Platform.
End of support of Internet Explorer 11
Internet Explorer has been the centre of our professional lives for more than two decades, but the time has come to move on. As Microsoft is going to stop supporting Internet Explorer 11 in June of this year, we will follow the giant’s footstep and stop supporting it by end of August this year.
You will still be able to log into Duco using this browser, but some features may not work properly or may stop working entirely.
If your organisation supports Google Chrome, we recommend you use it for best performance. If your organization prefers Microsoft, we also support Microsoft Edge.
More information on supported browsers and systems check this article.

The results screen is refreshing automatically while users are adding comments in a Cash process. | In Cash processes the results screen was refreshing automatically while users were adding comments to the pinned and manually matched items. This refresh was closing the editing mode, forcing users to repeat the same action several times. |
