In our May release we're continuing the rollout of the new look and feel across the platform. We're also enhancing exception management and transparency of EMIR preconfigured processes.
Reconciliation
Copy information out from recon results more easily
When you’re managing exceptions identified by Duco, sending communications back and forth with colleagues or third parties, sometimes you may want to copy specific values from the screen quickly. You can now do that by simply double clicking into the cell.
New look to the rules and rule sets configuration
Continuing to modernise the Duco platform, in this release you’ll get a new look of the rules and rule sets screen in single-sided, two-sided reconciliation and cash reconciliation processes, along with some usability improvements, such as:
- clearer navigation between tabs;
- smoother rules creation directly on the page instead of a popup window;
- rules validation if the ‘Ignore’ rule is being used.
New look of the workflow rule configuration page
Similarly, the workflow rules settings page also has a new look. As per other settings with Natural Rule Language, you can now use the easy read mode for editing and reviewing rules.
New view of process setting overview and general settings
The settings overview page, which previously listed a high level status of all settings in the process, is now combined with the general settings page for easier navigation and better focus on the key information you need.
The top of the page shows a summary of the configuration statuses. Any invalid configurations will be shown by default. You can use the toggle “Show all pages” to expand the list to see the statuses for all settings.
EMIR EU Solution
Save snapshots of your EMIR exceptions dashboard with one click
Clicking the 'download PDF' button at the top of the screen saves a timestamped view of exception management dashboard, making it easy to share the processes, widgets and on-screen settings with others or keep for audit purposes.
Seeing the process template versions
You can now easily identify processes that were created from a pre-configured template in the Process list page. Clicking the template icon will also show you the name of the template that it was created from, and which version of the template is being used, so that you can easily see if newer versions are available.
Fixed bugs
Issue Addressed | Description |
Historical runs results not shown after configuration changes. | When a process configuration change is made e.g. remove a match field and promoted to another Duco environment, in some cases the historical run results were not shown. |
Missing Input tag in XML result export. | <Input> tag, showing the data input name, is now added to the XML result export for generic recon processes, so that for each record you can identify which side it comes from. |
