The April release brings a set of usability improvements to help you work with exceptions even faster, accelerates submission processing in cash and updates the look and feel of a number of governance pages.
Transitioning to the new exceptions management interface
We would like to formally announce that we are in the process of sunsetting the old exceptions management interface. This transition will take a minimum of six months.
We are committed to enhancing our platform by cleaning up and implementing the new interface across all areas.
Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve our users' experience. Please continue to share your thoughts and suggestions with us so that we can better tailor our efforts to meet your needs.
Finding records quicker
When looking for records with multiple criteria, you can now apply all filter criteria at once, saving you time.
Removal of manual match blocker
We’ve listened to your feedback and we are excited to announce the removal of the manual match blocker. You no longer have to assign an exception to yourself before moving it to somebody else. You can now manually match directly without being blocked by the assignment of the two unmatched items, helping streamline your workflow.
If you’d like to enable this feature, please reach out to your Duco account owner, and we’ll configure the settings for you.
Find the sum or difference of up to 1000 records without scrolling
We're thrilled to introduce the latest enhancement to our auto-pagination feature in cash reconciliations. No more scrolling to the bottom of the page to load the data sets.r With the Select All functionality, you can quickly and conveniently analyse your data, gaining insights with just a single click. Please note this only works up to 1000 rows.
Cash submissions - up to five times faster
We have updated our Cash submission processing to make it much more efficient, allowing large files to be processed up to five times faster. Zip files containing a large number of files inside may see an even bigger improvement in loading time.

More screens migrated to the new user interface
Reference data table screens will be migrated to the new UI technology stack. All tables used in RDT will now benefit from an infinite scroll and right hand side navigation module. There are few enhancements introduced with that migration, such as:
- File format and Export tabs are now available in ‘General’ tab, similar as it works in reconciliation processes
- You can now add and remove Date formats in the ‘Columns’ tab under each column, instead of having to navigate to ‘File format’ tab;
- You can edit value by double clicking on the cell and confirm your choice by either hitting ‘enter’ or clicking anywhere else on the screen;
- You will be able to delete up to 1000 rows by clicking on ‘select all’ and scrolling down thanks to infinite option.
Process links available in approved packages
Following the integrated configuration deployment enablement last release, we have introduced an improvement in navigating through previously approved packages.
As of now, you’ll be able to easily open all processes deployed in the package, by clicking on a link available in the process name, which will take you to the process overview page.
Fixed bugs
Issue Addressed | Description |
Unable to switch Reconciliation input to Data Prep process | In some rare cases, the platform was showing an "Internal Error" message when the user deleted Reconciliation process input and switched to Data Prep process input. |
XSLX export behaved unexpectedly | When the xlsx export API for generic processes is used for a cash process, it would create an empty file. It will now return an error (404). |
Incorrect chargeable volume calculation | Chargeable volumes have been corrected to include carry over items. |
Select all option missing in reported fields | The checkbox to select all went missing when there were more than 10 reported fields. |
Long field names or data input names not displayed correctly | In some screens in generic recon processes, when the data field names or data input names are very long, they were not displayed properly. |
False success alert for change request creation | On some occasions when a change request was raised for a generic recon process, it showed a successful message even though the request failed to be created. |
Some change requests could not be viewed | In a generic recon process, if a rule and rule set contains a condition, and the rule and rule set is changed in the staging copy, the change request would not be created properly and the user could not view it. |
Add 1000 "," separator to sum/diff button at bottom of UI | We have reimplemented the 1000 separator on the sum/diff button of the new UI view when on the results page. |
